Vega Squadron have secured their spot at the PGL Major Krakow after defeating dignitas 16-5 on Inferno.

The clash between Vega Squadron and Dignitas began with the Russians easily holding a B push in the pistol round. Dmitriy "⁠jR⁠" Chervak's squad followed that up with successful anti-ecos and subsequent two rounds.

As Dignitas lost yet another buy round, the European team called a tactical timeout before finally being able to overcome their adversaries' defence, reducing the gap to 1-6. However, Vega Squadron continued to overwhelm their opponents and got to half-time with a stunning 13-2 lead.

The second half saw Nikolay "⁠mir⁠" Bityukov and co. pick up their Terrorist pistol round prior to mir securing the match point with a 1v3 situation. Dignitas still tried to pull off a comeback, but Vega Squadron eventually closed out the map, 16-5, to assure their place at the Major.
